Ending Your Tenancy
If you wish to end your tenancy, you must give four weeks’ notice to the Association by completing a Notice of Termination of Tenancy form. The Association will then issue you with a Termination of Tenancy Advice Property Handover checklist.
A tenancy always ends on a Monday, and the keys of your property must be returned to the Association no later than midday on Monday or you will be charged a further week’s rent.
